Description
Tramadol 50mg Capsules provide effective relief from moderate to severe pain, particularly when standard painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen alone have not been effective. As a result, they are commonly used for short-term pain management where stronger relief is required.
Each capsule contains tramadol hydrochloride (50mg), an opioid analgesic that works by altering how the body perceives pain.

Suitable for: Adults and young people aged 12 years and over
Tramadol is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above. However, it should only be used for short-term pain relief under medical supervision.
Do not use if:
- You are allergic to tramadol or any of the ingredients
- You are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 14 days
- You have severe breathing difficulties
- You have uncontrolled epilepsy
- You are breastfeeding

Before starting treatment, you should consider how and when to stop taking this medicine. This helps reduce the risk of dependence and withdrawal symptoms.
Dosage:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years:
- Take 50–100mg every 4–6 hours as needed
- Do not exceed 400mg per day
Method: Oral use
Always take the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.
Important warnings:
Tramadol is an opioid medicine and can cause dependence if used for long periods. Therefore, it is important to follow the dosage instructions carefully.
